DRC Request

Bluestem Homes Association requires residents to complete a DRC Request before making any changes to the exterior of their home or property.  This request has to be reviewed by the committee and approved before the project can begin. 

 

The HOA has approved additional documents to help assist residents when selecting paint colors and roofing materials, please see below. Even when colors and materials are selected from the provided documents, residents still need to submit a DRC Request to the committee.

 

To submit your request, please login to the MAK Resident Portal using the button below, navigate to the Architectural Reviews section on the homepage, and select "Submit New Review"
